numbers.golf collects account information and golf performance data to provide account access, round tracking, statistics, community features, notifications, and privacy export functionality.

Information We Collect

We may collect name, email address, date of birth, golf handicap, profile information, round data, shot data, statistics, device information, and diagnostic information needed to run and improve the app.

How We Use Information

We use this information to provide the app, manage accounts, generate golf statistics, support social and comparison features, communicate with users, and improve app reliability.

Data Sharing

We do not sell personal information. We may use trusted service providers, including hosting and authentication providers, to operate the app. We may disclose information if required by law.

Data Retention and Deletion

We store your user data until you request that it be deleted. You can request deletion at any time from Profile → Settings in the app or by following the instructions on our account deletion page.

When your account is deleted, we delete your account and the user data associated with it. Round and shot data may be retained only after it has been anonymized so that it can no longer be linked to you. We may retain aggregated and anonymized statistics for app improvement.

Your Choices

You can request access, correction, export, or deletion of your personal data. In the app, signed-in users can use Settings to load a GDPR data export.

Age Eligibility and Children’s Privacy

numbers.golf accounts are only available to users who are at least 13 years old. We use the date of birth supplied during signup to apply this rule. The app is not intended for children under 13, and we do not knowingly allow them to track golf data or use an account.

If we learn that an account belongs to a child under 13, or has an invalid date of birth, we may disable the account while we review it and may delete the account and associated personal data in accordance with our retention obligations. Additional requirements under local law may also apply.
